Colleen Robertson

Colleen Robertson is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Australian Military Bank Ltd. Previously, Colleen held positions in talent development, organizational development, and organizational effectiveness at various companies such as GBG Plc, City of Sydney, Porchlight Disability Supports, Goodman Fielder, Toyota Finance Australia, and Honeywell Process Solutions. With a background in Psychology, Education, and Human Resources Management, Colleen has extensive experience in implementing leadership development frameworks, succession planning, talent development, and on-the-job training. Colleen has also been recognized for their contributions to winning the Australian Quality Award and the Australian Quality Prize during their time at Honeywell.
