Shane Conway

Shane Conway is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in transaction banking and payments. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Australian Payments Plus since February 2022, Shane has held multiple senior roles at National Australia Bank since 2007, including Executive General Manager positions overseeing enterprise payments, deposit portfolios, and customer analytics. Previous roles at NAB include leadership in transaction products and strategy, as well as serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. Shane’s career also includes managerial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and E&Y, along with early roles at Arthur Andersen. Shane holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute and a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
