Shelley Abrams is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood since June 2022, Shelley focuses on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement. Prior to this position, Shelley held multiple senior executive roles at Medibank from November 2014 to June 2022, including Senior Executive for Talent, Culture, and Capability, and Senior Executive for People and Culture Business Partnering. Shelley's career also includes significant positions at PwC, Coles, and Ericsson, showcasing expertise in talent development, strategic HR leadership, and organizational transformation. Shelley holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University.
