Dean Burrows

Dean Burrows currently serves as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Challenge Community Services, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dean was the Human Resources Manager at Northcott from November 2014 to September 2025 and held dual roles as Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Advisor at Broadspectrum from December 2011 to November 2014. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, majoring in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
