Maria Crisante

Maria Crisante is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Charles Sturt University since December 2021, Maria previously held key leadership roles at Dubbo Regional Council, including Executive Manager People Culture and Safety and Director of Organisational Performance. Maria's career includes significant positions at Supercheap Auto Group as General Manager of Human Resources and as the National Human Resources Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Additional experience spans roles such as Principal Consultant at QR and General Manager of Human Resources at AOT Group. Maria began her career in human resources at WORK CONNECTION LIMITED and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Newcastle.
