Georgina Brush

Georgina Brush is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition at the Australian Red Cross since July 2018, Georgina previously held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and People and Culture Manager. Prior to this, Georgina worked at Asahi Beverages as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting commercial and operational integration. Georgina's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Delaware North Companies and Robertson Hospitality Group, where expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational design was developed. Georgina holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University and various certifications including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Administrator Accreditation.
