Hannah Millar

Hannah Millar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, community engagement, and design within the non-profit sector, particularly with the Australian Red Cross. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Innovation, Hannah focuses on connecting and mobilising communities through strategic foresight and design methodologies. Previous roles include Partner in Strategic Initiatives, where multi-stakeholder solutions were developed to address complex challenges, and Designer in Mobilisation & Community Action, contributing to systemic humanitarian responses. In addition to roles at the Australian Red Cross, Hannah is the Founder of Circ-us, an early-stage start-up fostering local community connections, and serves as an Experience Designer at Connected Ceremonies. With a solid educational background in entrepreneurship and leadership from institutions such as RMIT University and Melbourne Business School, Hannah combines creativity with practical solutions to enable community-driven initiatives and sustainable practices.
