Joseph Lara

Joseph Lara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management within the renewable energy sector and government operations. Currently serving as Manager of Portfolio Management at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA), Joseph focuses on delivering federal projects related to electric vehicles, solar manufacturing, hydrogen, energy storage, steel production, and grid firming. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions within the NSW Government, including Senior Project Manager for the Aboriginal Housing Office and Senior Program Officer in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
