Kathy Vincent

Kathy Vincent currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Retirement at Australian Retirement Trust, starting in December 2023. Previously, Kathy Vincent held multiple senior positions at BT, including Chief Strategy & Product Officer, Managing Director of Platforms, Investments & Operations, and General Manager of Platforms & Investments from July 2018 to October 2023. Prior to BT, Kathy Vincent was General Manager of Retail Platforms at National Australia Bank from February 2015 to May 2018 and Head of Product - Retail Investment Platforms at MLC Limited from November 2012 to February 2015. Kathy Vincent's extensive career began at Macquarie Group, where important roles included Co-head of Real Alternatives and Head of Product Strategy. Kathy Vincent holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from UNSW, earned between 1988 and 1991.
