Megha Arora

Megha Arora, MBA, serves as the Senior Change Manager for the Investments Portfolio at Australian Retirement Trust since January 2023. Prior experience includes key roles at Tabcorp as Program Change Manager during a demerger and Capability Lead for Organisational Change Management, where Megha led a team to enhance OCM practices against recognized maturity models. Previous positions involve managing organizational change in cyber security at CleanCo Queensland and leading business analysis for payroll and HCM transformation at Stanwell Corporation Limited. Throughout the career, Megha has demonstrated expertise in change management across various sectors, including technology, financial services, and retail.
