Emma James

Emma James is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in media and public relations, currently serving as a Media Adviser for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet since August 2024. With extensive experience at Dentsu Creative Public Relations from October 2021 to July 2024, Emma progressed from Account Coordinator to Account Manager, handling a variety of clients including Equifax and Aware Super. Emma also contributes to the Australian School of Performing Arts as a Tutor, Office Assistant, and Venue Manager since January 2017. A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Master's degree in International Relations, Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication (Public Relations) from RMIT University and has a rich history in retail and customer service, including roles at Running Bare Australia, SEPHORA, and Village Roadshow.
