Jason Healey

Jason Healey is a distinguished expert in cybersecurity and cyber conflict studies, serving as a Senior Research Scholar and founding director for cyber efforts at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs since May 2015. Healey's work has significantly expanded the school's cyber curriculum, establishing it as a leading global program. In addition to roles as a Senior Fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and a Review Board Member for both Black Hat and DEF CON conferences, Healey has contributed to cybersecurity policy as a Senior Cybersecurity Strategist at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and held prominent positions at the Atlantic Council and the White House's Office of the National Cyber Director. With advanced degrees in Political Science, Computer Security, and Liberal Arts, Healey’s research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and data with cybersecurity challenges.
