Roland Stephens

Roland Stephens possesses extensive experience in client relationship management and industry development, currently serving as General Manager of Client Relationships at TCorp since July 2021, where leadership focuses on delivering top-tier financial solutions to NSW Government clients. Previously, Roland held positions as Senior Client Relationship Manager at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and Senior Fellow at Investment NSW. Experience also includes roles as Executive Director for Jobs and Industry Development at both Investment NSW and NSW Treasury, along with significant contributions to Austrade as Senior Industry Expert for Defence, Advanced Manufacturing and Space. Earlier career highlights include senior leadership at Lazard and Credit Suisse, along with an academic foundation comprising an MBA/MPP from Georgetown University and a combined Economics and Law degree from the University of Sydney.
