Francis Xavier Vicente

Francis Xavier Vicente is a seasoned professional specializing in tax policy and analysis, currently serving as a Tax Policy Data Analyst at AARC Ltd since July 2024, providing assistance to the Solomon Islands Ministry of Finance and Treasury. Francis has extensive experience with the Australian Taxation Office, where roles included Economist, Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst, Client Engagement Officer, and Risk and Intelligence Analyst since February 2011, contributing to economic analyses, risk management, and tax policy costings.
