Melissa Hinde

Melissa Hinde is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Australian Taxation Office, currently serving as Principal Legal Adviser. Prior positions include Director of Conduct Performance and Probation Support and Issues Resolution within ATO People, as well as Director and Acting Assistant Secretary at the Department of Health. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate role at Ashurst and several leadership positions at the Australian Taxation Office, including Director of Culture and Program Director for the 2020 Program Office. Melissa Hinde holds a Master’s degree in Government and Commercial Law from The Australian National University, a CAHRI-CP in Human Resources Management from the Australian HR Institute, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
