James Bassam

James Bassam is an experienced professional who has held various roles in aviation, logistics, and operations. Currently working as the UAV Regulations, Development and Policy Coordinator at Surf Life Saving NSW, James is responsible for overseeing strategic direction, development opportunities, education, and regulatory relationships within the UAV industry. Prior to this, James served as Head Teacher Aviation at TAFE NSW and Flight Instructor at Sydney Flight College. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics & International Relations from Macquarie University, a Post Grad degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the University of Sydney, and a Diploma of Aviation from Basair Aviation College.
