Matthew Ricker

Matthew Ricker currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Australian Unity Bank since May 2022. Ricker has held the position of Director at KIDS Foundation since May 2013, focusing on injury prevention education and recovery programs for children. Previously, Ricker was the Chief Customer Officer at Bank First from February 2018 to April 2022, overseeing various teams related to lending and financial services. Prior experience includes numerous leadership roles at National Australia Bank from 2006 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed retail banking operations, financial reporting, and customer service management.
