Nikki James

Nikki James possesses extensive experience in the wellbeing and transitions sector, currently serving as the Head of Wellbeing and Transitions at Australian Unity since March 2020, after holding the positions of National Wellbeing and Transitions Manager and Admissions Manager. Prior to this role, Nikki worked at BaptistCare NSW & ACT from March 2009 to February 2020, where responsibilities included serving as the Marketing Coordinator for Residential Aged Care and as a Client Liaison Officer.
