Jing Jing Wang

Jing Jing Wang is an experienced User Experience professional with a robust background across various organizations in Australia. Currently serving as Senior Manager User Experience at AustralianSuper since March 2019, Jing Jing has held multiple roles including Senior User Experience Researcher and User Experience Researcher. Previous positions include UX Designer at Code for Australia, where responsibilities involved conducting user research and facilitating design workshops for projects aimed at improving user experiences. With additional experience at The Institute for Enquiring Minds, Stylizen, Future Grid, and Liberty Victoria's Rights Advocacy Project, Jing Jing has demonstrated expertise in user research, design thinking, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement. Education includes a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and various certifications in User Experience Design and Digital Marketing from General Assembly, alongside a strong foundation in Business and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
