Jo Pizzey has extensive experience in customer insights and marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Voice of Customer at AustralianSuper since December 2016, leading the largest customer listening program in the superannuation industry. Prior roles at AustralianSuper include Senior Manager roles focusing on customer research and member analytics, where significant enhancements in research quality and analytics were achieved. Before joining AustralianSuper, Jo worked at National Australia Bank for 14 years in various managerial and executive roles, including Retail Marketing Consultant and Executive Manager positions. Jo holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School Online and Duke University.
