Paul Soon

Paul Soon is a technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise platforms, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Platforms (Data & AI) at AustralianSuper since March 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Paul has held various significant positions, including Head of Transformation and Business Improvement at NAB, where a roadmap for customer-focused enhancements was shaped. Previous roles include Technology Portfolio Lead at AustralianSuper and Head of Delivery for Digital & Payments at ANZ, driving digital innovation and Agile transformations. Paul holds a commerce degree with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and additional certifications in project management and Agile methodologies.
