Tania Fryer

Tania Fryer currently serves as the Senior Manager of Member Governance and previously held the role of Manager of Company Secretariat at AustralianSuper since November 2022. In addition, Tania is a Non-Executive Director for both Future Leadership and Greater Western Water, where Tania chaired the Resilience & Transformation Committee and was a member of the Risk Management & Audit Committee. Tania's past experiences include committee membership with the Women in Water Directors Network and JDRF Australia, along with several Non-Executive Director positions at .au Domain Administration Ltd., potential(x), Grey Innovation Group Pty Ltd, and City West Water. Tania’s extensive legal career at Telstra included significant roles such as General Counsel for various units and contributions to major projects like the National Broadband Network. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and completion of Company Directors courses from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
