Jim Dolan

Jim Dolan has a strong background in engineering and software development. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Auterion, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sonos, Inc., including Vice President of Software Development from August 2020 to March 2023, Sr. Director of Software from July 2016 to August 2020, Director of Software System Platforms from June 2013 to July 2016, and Senior Software Development Manager from January 2012 to June 2013. Jim also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2013. Jim began their career at Avid Technology Inc. in 1994, where they served as a Senior Technical Manager and Consulting Engineer until December 2011.

Jim Dolan attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sound Recording Technology. Jim then pursued further education at Boston University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Masters degree in Computer Science.
