Mohamad Akkawi

Mohamad Akkawi has a diverse work experience in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Mohamad began their career at Skypull in 2019 as a UAV Systems and Control Engineer, where they worked until September 2020. In March 2021, they joined WINGCOPTER as a Flight Control Software Engineer and stayed with the company until September 2022. Currently, Mohamad is working at Auterion as both a Technical Program Manager and Software Engineer, starting in October 2022.

Mohamad Akkawi has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics & Mechatronics from the Summer Abroad U of T. Mohamad also has a Master of Engineering degree with an emphasis in Robotics & Mechatronics from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they completed a Master's Thesis in Robotics & Mechatronics at RWTH Aachen University.
