Rahul Gandhi began their career in 2011 as a Front Desk Clerk at Super 8. Rahul then moved to Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind in 2014, where they worked as a Network Support providing desktop support, answering phone calls, and reviewing/changing configurations for Cisco and Dell switches. In 2016, they joined UPS as a Technology Support Group (TSG) Technician. After that, they joined Staples in 2012 as an Easy Tech Associate, where they were responsible for answering customer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation, overseeing all computer technicians' intake paperwork and daily job performances, and training staff on new policy and procedure. In 2019, they joined XFL as a Workplace Support Engineer - DC Defenders, and SLAIT Consulting as a Network Support Specialist. In 2020, they joined Leidos as a Deskside Support Engineer, and in 2021 they joined Venable LLP as a Desktop Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Authentic8 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Rahul Gandhi has a Career Studies Certificate from Blue Ridge Community College (Virginia) in Computer Networking Technologies, as well as an Associate's degree in Computer and Electronics Technology with specialization in Computer Network. Rahul also has certifications from LinkedIn, Google Cloud | G Suite, and CompTIA, including Prepare for CompTIA Server+ (SK0-004) Certification (obtained in May 2020), Time Management: Working from Home (obtained in March 2020), G Suite (obtained in August 2019), and CompTia A+ (obtained in November 2015).
