Caleb Van Dyken

Caleb Van Dyken, MBA has extensive experience in customer success, project management, and program management. Caleb currently serves as Account Director at AuthenticID, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at Saviynt, Inc. from 2018 to 2021 and at BSQUARE from 2016 to 2018. From 2014 to 2016, they were the General Manager, PMO and Scrum Master | Product Owner at Bloom Consulting Group (a wholly owned subsidiary of Daves + Associates). From 2012 to 2014, they were a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master at M-GO: Movies & TV Everywhere!. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Project Manager/Product Manager and Project Manager - OnBoarding at Technicolor. From 2003 to 2010, they served in the US Army as Commander, Operations Officer - Air Assault Mission Planner, Platoon Leader, and Operations Officer.

Caleb Van Dyken earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2018, with a focus in Technology Management. Caleb also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. Furthermore, they have a Commercial & Instrument Rotary Wing Licence from U.S. Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing Flight School. Additionally, they are certified as a Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in July 2015), a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in December 2014), and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (obtained in November 2014).
