Kristen Wither Yntema

Kristen Wither Yntema serves as the President and CEO of AuthoraCare Collective, overseeing the strategic vision and mission following the merger of two prominent hospice and palliative care organizations in North Carolina. Prior to this role, Kristen held multiple leadership positions at Advanced Home Care, including Vice President of Regional Development and Innovation, where accountability extended to financial performance across five regions, and Senior Regional Director for the Triad Region, focusing on sales and market growth. Kristen's earlier experience at Cone Health included serving as Executive Director and Director of CareLink, responsible for departmental leadership and operations. Kristen holds a Master of Health Services Administration and an MBA from Xavier University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Elon University.
