Craig Fowler has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Craig is currently the VP of Customer Success at Authvia. Craig Fowler has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management" and "Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management" from LinkedIn in January 2023. Craig also completed "Smartsheet Tips and Tricks" in December 2022, "Smartsheet Essential Training" in March 2022, "Learning REST APIs" in January 2022, "Camtasia 2020 Essential Training: The Basics" and "Learning Secure Payments and PCI" in December 2021. Furthermore, they hold a "Verizon Lean Six Sigma Champion Certification (yellow belt)", although the institution and the date of obtaining are not specified.
