Rachael Cain

Rachael Cain, M.S., BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Regional Clinical Director at Autism Center Of Excellence since March 2024. With a comprehensive background in behavioral analysis, Rachael held various leadership roles at BlueSprig from March 2021 to December 2023, including Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Clinical Services. Prior experience includes Center Director and Clinical Supervisor at Florida Autism Center from November 2017 to March 2021, and Assistant Director at Developmental Intervention Specialists from July 2015 to October 2017. Rachael began the career as a Lead Therapist at Foundations Therapy Inc. and as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist at Behavioral Consulting Services, previously working as a Recreation Leader II with Fairfax County Government. Rachael earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from George Mason University.
