Rachal Gibson

Rachal Gibson has extensive experience in the field of autism services and advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Advocacy and Resources for the Autism Society of Indiana since April 2021. Rachal has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Associate Director of Direct Care and Central Area Direct Care Manager. Prior to this role, Rachal worked at CHANGING LIVES BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS SERVICES as a Lead Trainer and at Engaging Minds Autism Services as a Human Resources Coordinator. Rachal began a career in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician at Damar Services, Inc. Rachal's educational background includes graduating from Martinsville High School in May 2009.
