Seema J

Seema J has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT product management, project management, and agile project management.

Seema is currently employed at Auto Fleet Control as an IT Product Manager since September 2021. Before this, from December 2018 to September 2021, they worked as a freelance product manager and project manager.

Seema also worked as a freelancer in project management and scrum mastering from April 2017 to November 2018.

In terms of their previous full-time employment, Seema worked as a Project Manager at Cognizant from August 2016 to February 2017.

Seema also served as a Senior Team Lead at Persistent Systems from June 2015 to July 2016, where they were responsible for agile project management, facilitating scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methodologies, and removing technical dependencies efficiently.

Earlier in their career, Seema worked as an Assistant Consultant - Project Management at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2011 to August 2013.

Seema started their career as a Sr Test Engineer at Societe Generale in August 2008, where they performed various software quality assurance activities, including sprint planning, creating test plans and strategies, and conducting functional and regression testing.

Seema has also worked as an Associate QA at Sapient from September 2006 to June 2008 and as a QA Engineer at Sollics from May 2004 to September 2006.

Seema J has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree and Graduation in Life Sciences from St Columbus College from 1993 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Seema J has obtained certifications in various areas. Seema is a Certified Scrum Master, certified by Scrum Alliance in January 2014. Seema has also completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training, both provided by AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
