Christos Tsaprounis started their work experience in 2003 as an Administrator at Tetra Pak. Christos then worked as a Recruitment Advisor at JD Williams from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Recruitment Specialist at The Guinness Partnership. Christos then joined The Co-operative Bank plc, where they held various roles including Attraction Manager and Resourcing Business Partner from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Christos started working at Auto Trader UK, where they held roles such as Head of Resourcing and Head of People & Culture until 2022. Additionally, since 2018, they have been a Trustee at We Are Survivors, a survivor-led organization supporting male survivors of sexual abuse. In 2019, they also became a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows until 2021.

Christos Tsaprounis FCIPD (he/him) has a diverse education history. Christos obtained an MSc in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Marketing Communications from The American College of Greece between 1997 and 2002. In 2001, they also completed a certificate course in Advanced Topics in Marketing at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, Christos has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Sustainability Essentials for Business from the University of Cambridge (2021), Impact Award Recruiter Magazine from Redactive Media Group (2018), Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England (2017), DiSC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand (2017), MBTI from OPP (2015), Wave Personality Questionnaire from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company (2008), and Occupational Testing Level A & B from CEB, now Gartner (2006).
