Nicole Neuenschwander

Nicole Neuenschwander serves as the Revenue Director and Head of Business Development at Xepelin since September 2020. Additionally, Nicole has been with Autobahn S.A. since December 2015, where the role entails directing operations and implementing a successful turnaround strategy that transformed the business model from B2C to B2B, resulting in a 40% reduction in expenses and an improvement of over 10% in operational EBITDA. Nicole also served as an Advisor for ADN Mentores from May 2020 to October 2024 and was the Commercial Manager at Migrante Sociedad Financiera from July 2019 to April 2020. Prior experience includes working at Procter & Gamble from May 2014 to July 2015 as the ABM for FemCare in Chile, overseeing product launches and marketing strategies. Nicole holds a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master's in Finance and Investments from ESE Business School.
