Lana Uspenskaya has over 10 years of work experience. Lana began their career in 2009 as a Customer Support Specialist at Chase, where they assisted customers in a fast-paced dialer environment while providing one-call matter resolution and guiding consumers through available solutions. Lana then moved up to an Account Manager role in 2012, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio and assisting business clients with balance resolution, account-related inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a manual environment. In 2013, they joined AutoBidMaster as a Senior Buyer Manager and Customer Service Manager, where their roles included deescalation and de-complication of matters in need of resolution, communicating with Auction corporate offices regarding issue resolution in case of process breakdown, and auction negotiation.

Lana Uspenskaya completed a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky in 2013. Lana then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Russina-English Business Interpreter from the same university.
