Brian Deleon

Brian DeLeon has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Brian'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Autobooks, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Gainor Staffing from October 2022 to April 2023. From July 2021 to September 2022, Brian was the Director of Talent Acquisition, Business at TripleLift, where they successfully built and managed a team and increased headcount significantly. Brian also has experience as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Powerley from November 2018 to July 2021, and as the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources Director at Vectorform from 2010 to 2018. Brian began their career as a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at Optimal Computer Aided Engineering, Inc. from April 2006 to January 2010.

Brian DeLeon attended Brother Rice from 1992 to 1996, where they completed college preparatory classes. From 1996 to 2000, they furthered their education at Michigan State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interpersonal Communication.
