Kimberly Ng serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Autobooks since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various leadership positions at Billhighway from September 2007 to May 2024, including Senior Director of Client Support and Director of Client Care and Partner Operations. Previous experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at Comcast from 2002 to 2007, OnStar Customer Service Manager at EDS Group from 1997 to 2002, and working at the Scott Dibble Agency of State Farm Insurance from 1995 to 1997. Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and French from Georgetown College, having attended from September 1991 to May 1995, and completed high school at Kearsley High School from 1987 to 1991.
