Joseph Cordasco

Joseph Cordasco has extensive experience in various roles focused on customer success, product management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Owner, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Support Analyst Level 1 at AutoCrib since September 2015, Joseph has developed a strong understanding of customer needs and product functionality. Prior experience includes managing inventory for 27 industrial vending units at Tool-Krib Supply Company from September 2013 to August 2015, ensuring efficient operations across multiple states. Earlier roles include retail sales and graphic design at Medieval Times and leadership in event planning at Montclair State University. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Production from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
