Mary Catherine Plunkett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategy development. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Design at Autodesk since March 2012, Mary leads initiatives focused on optimizing customer engagement and success through innovative design methodologies. Previous roles at Autodesk include Senior Director and Director positions, where Mary led various teams in implementing strategic frameworks and improving customer success learning initiatives. Prior to Autodesk, Mary worked at The Alexander Group, enhancing sales strategies for high-tech clients, and held research roles at UNITE HERE and as a Graduate Researcher at Yale University. Mary holds an MPhil in Molecular Biochemistry & Biophysics from Yale University and a BA in International Public Health and Computational Biology from The University of Georgia.
