Nicole Infiesta

Nicole Infiesta is an experienced professional in customer support and experience management, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Support at Autodesk. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles at DoubleDutch, including VP of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience, and served as Training Programs Manager. At Demandforce, an Intuit Company, Nicole was Co-Chair for the We Care and Give Back initiative and worked as a Corporate Trainer. Nicole has also contributed as a volunteer at the San Francisco Food Bank. Additionally, Nicole has held various management positions at Kaplan Test Prep, including Director of Facilities Management and Regional Service Director for the NY-PA Metro Region. Nicole holds a BA in Physics from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Leadership and Management at UC Berkeley Extension.
