Kylie Ralston

Kylie Ralston is currently the Senior Manager People Operations at AUTODOC, a technology-driven automotive e-commerce company based in Berlin, Germany. Prior to this role, Kylie held various senior human resources positions at companies such as Kukr Consulting, PerformHR, Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd, and Cantanea. In the past, Kylie also served as the HR Director at the Australian Federal Police and Assistant Director at IP Australia and the Department of Defence of Australia. Kylie holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Griffith University and a Graduate Certificate in Management from RMIT University.
