Viktor Kondratev

Viktor Kondratev has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Viktor started their career in 2005 as a Fleet Sales Manager at Alarm Motors, the biggest Ford dealer in Saint-Petersburg. From 2006 to 2014, they served as the Head of the Direction of Product Development at AD Koleso Fortuni, a distribution company for automotive spare parts. In 2015, they joined Sogefi Group, a leading manufacturer of automotive parts, as the Area Manager CIS. In 2019, they moved to MAHLE and held the role of Regional Sales Manager until 2020, after which they were promoted to Head of Sales Department and Product Marketing. Currently, Viktor works as a Team Lead Category Management Private Brands at AUTODOC, starting from March 2023.

Viktor Kondratev holds a Ph.D. in Management, Political, and Social Sciences from Pyatigorsk State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2002, they attended Pyatigorsk State University, specializing in International Business.
