Microsoft's former COO and three time CEO. Rick is a long time tech executive who has been involved in a wide range of companies as CEO, Board Member, Investor, and recently, Venture Partner. Currently he is a Partner for Innogest Capital SGR (a leading Italian Venture firm). He also serves on the Boards of several public and Private companies.
