Zornitsa Dobreva

Zornitsa Dobreva has a long and varied work experience. Zornitsa started their career in 2007 as an Office Manager at MOST Computers LTD. In 2008, they joined Team Trackers as a Customer Service Specialist, where they were responsible for ensuring customers had a positive experience. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at We Are Pentagon in various roles, including Retail Director, Head of International Expansion, Head of Strategic and Enterprise eCommerce Units, and Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to Arcade Global as Marketplace Strategic Partnerships, and in 2022 they were appointed Head of Services at Autofixa Solutions.

Zornitsa Dobreva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2002 and 2006. Zornitsa then completed an Internship in International Relations and Affairs at Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2006. In 2007, they earned a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Maastricht University. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Building High-Performance Teams from LinkedIn.
