Erica Sietsma

Erica Sietsma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Autofluencer and as Founder & Principal at ESSA Ventures since January 2023, Erica also advises CarMagic. Previously, Erica held various leadership roles at DAS Technology, including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Product and Operations, and Vice President of Business Development, where contributions included pioneering digital engagement solutions and enhancing customer experience through innovative technology. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Dominion Enterprises and running vendor partnerships at Atlantic Automotive, along with managerial positions at CallSource and Autobase. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
