Jonathan Gottlieb

General Counsel at Autograph

Jonathan Gottlieb is the current General Counsel at Autograph. Jonathan previously worked at Twentieth Century Fox from January 2016 to December 2019 as the Executive Vice President and Group Head of Legal Affairs. In this role, they were responsible for the legal aspects of the company's business strategy, critical negotiations, conflict resolution, and third-party/regulatory risk. Jonathan also led a multinational team that enabled the core revenue generation, strategic, and operational functions of the company.

Under Gottlieb's leadership, the legal function at Twentieth Century Fox was transformed and modernized through cultural and technological innovations. Jonathan implemented Salesforce, digitized the office, and reinvented processes and employee roles, resulting in improved responsiveness and transparency to external stakeholders and enhanced efficiency of the legal process. Jonathan also collaborated with finance, tax, and operational units to establish a separate international television distribution organization for non-Twentieth Century Fox content.

Gottlieb was a key contributor to the confidential pre-transaction diligence and worldwide regulatory approval process for the Disney merger/acquisition. Jonathan also oversaw corporate governance and formalities for hundreds of enterprise entities and ensured compliance with law.

Jonathan Gottlieb received their Bachelor's Degree in Jonathan'story, cum laude, from Binghamton University. Jonathan then went on to receive their Juris Doctor (J.D.) with highest honors from The George Washington University Law School. Jonathan is also certified from the State Bar of California as a member.

They work with Natalie Rudd - Head of Strategy, Cody Berlin - CTO, and Julie Hashimoto - Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Their manager is Dillon Rosenblatt, CEO & Co-Founder.
