Andreas Demander

Andreas Demander is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP HR Global Functions at Autoliv since June 2021, Andreas excels in navigating complex HR operations within a Fortune 500 context. Prior to this role, leadership positions included Head of HR for Technology, Support, and Staff Functions at SEB, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR advisory to senior executives and managing a cross-functional HR team for 5,500 employees. Earlier experience includes a Senior Management Consultant role at Implement Consulting Group, focusing on change management and organizational development, and project management at IC Quality. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Stockholm University.
