Liisa Falk

Liisa Falk is an HR professional with extensive experience in the automotive safety industry and higher education. Currently serving as HR Director Operations Europe at Autoliv since January 2015, Liisa is responsible for driving the HR and People strategy following an organizational change. Previous roles at Autoliv include HR Director Global Innovation and HR Director Seatbelts Europe, focusing on organizational and cultural development as well as strategic HR initiatives. Prior to Autoliv, Liisa worked at the University of Borås as an HR Specialist and HR Administrator, where collaboration with public and private sectors was key. Liisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Work Science and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources from Kristianstad University, complemented by leadership training from the Spader Ess Female Development and Mentor Program.
