Shikhar Singh

Shikhar Singh is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in product development and quality engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Quality Engineer at Scania Group since April 2025. Prior experience includes a similar role at Northvolt from August 2021 to April 2025, where Shikhar also held positions as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on battery pack process development. Before Northvolt, Shikhar worked at Tesla as a Process Engineer, contributing to Model 3 battery module production engineering, and completed internships at Tesla in manufacturing engineering during the Model 3 ramp-up phase. Shikhar began the career as a Deputy Manager at VE Commercial Vehicles, specializing in engine design and development, and initially gained experience through a summer internship at National Thermal Power Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SGSITS.
