Cosmin Suditu

Cosmin Suditu has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Plant Manager for the Seatbelts Division at Autoliv Romania since January 2013. Previously held roles include Operations Manager and Plant Quality Manager, contributing to multiple ramp-up initiatives at various Autoliv Romania locations. Prior to Autoliv, Cosmin was involved in sales and quality training at Orange Romania, managing four stores in the Brașov area. Cosmin holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov and has furthered education through programs such as the Harvard Manager Development Program and various professional certifications including Six Sigma - Yellow Belt and IATF 16949.
