Erica Wikman

Erica Wikman serves as the Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Autoliv since June 2018, leading a global team focused on enhancing compliance and corporate integrity within the automotive safety industry. Prior to this role, Erica held various compliance and ethics positions at Electrolux and Volvo Car Group, where responsibilities included developing and implementing effective compliance programs, managing sustainability communication, and overseeing HR functions. Erica's career began at Crawford & Company as a Loss Adjuster for Liability Claims. Erica holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Gothenburg, completed in 2002.
